Contact Us to request a reservation to rent the Sunset House for your next vacation! We require a one week minimum rental and prefer to rent in a block of 2 or more weeks. Rental periods run from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival check-in time is 2pm and departure check-out time is no later than 10am. The max occupancy limit is 8. No pets or smoking are allowed.

Bedrooms are provided with pillows, blankets and comforters. No maid service or linens (sheets, pillowcases, towels) are provided. You may contact a linen service or bring your own. The house must be completely cleaned on departure and ready for the next tenant. There is a security/cleaning deposit required for all rentals. This is refunded within 30 days of departure providing the house was left clean and in good condition.

A deposit, equal to half the total rent, is due with a signed reservation. Reservations are guaranteed with a deposit and with the remaining balance being paid-in-full 30 days prior to the rental date.

Listed below are the dates and rates for the upcoming season. For dates not shown, please contact us for availability and rates. Peak season is June 1 - September 30. Off season is considered October 1 - May 31. The most popular months are July and August. Most peak season rentals are taken by the first of the year for the up and coming summer. The house is not available for New Year's Eves.
